ABSTRACT

Image deblurring is the process that attempts to restore or recover an image that has been degraded  by some of the degradation phenomenon. Although, deblurring process has an ill-posed nature, it can be made well behaved by introducing  assumptions about the input image in order to recover the original image.

In this paper we propose Hermite polynomial to reconstruct blurring images. This technique is based on developed method for image representation called Hermite polynomial transform. If we restrict the space of a given function in to a polynomial of fixed finite degree, then a convolution inverse dose exist. Also, our deblurring kernel will be in form of Hermite polynomial, then observe that the results give an optimal approximate deblurring solutions among the space of bounded degree of polynomial.
