a- A2Te3 films prepared by thermal evaporation at different annealing temperature Ta in the range (303-473) K. and thickness in the range (200-350) nm .D C. Conductivity and thermoelectric power were studied as a function of temperature for a- As2Te3 films.
Electrical conductivity of a- As2Te3 thin films decreases with increasing Ta. The activation energy Ea increases with increasing Ta. The thermoelectric power measurement confirmed that holes were predominant in the conductor process.
